Refund Policy
100% Refund if you are not satisfied with our services that we directly offer.
- You must contact us within 30 Days of using our services.
- Refunds for services offered by third party are issued in accordance with refund policies.
- Refunds for flights are issued under these terms: 100% refund if error was due to GCK and 0% refund if error was due to customer.
- If we book a wrong travel date than what you provided us, you will be issued with a full refund. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to check and make sure the travel and return dates are accurate at least 72 Hours before travel date.
- All third party services are guided by their refund policy, and customer will need to read carefully the policy before making a purchase or agreeing to use any of third part services.
